Terms of Service

Last reviewed: 6 August 2026 · Maintained by Pilot.

Review status: This content is a product draft and remains subject to ongoing legal, privacy and operational review.

These draft terms describe the proposed rules for using Pilot. Operator details, governing-law provisions and commercial terms remain under review and will be updated when approved.

The service

Pilot provides merchant loyalty, customer, campaign, integration and wallet-pass tools. Available features may differ by workspace, plan, integration status and release stage.

Accounts and authority

A user must be authorised to act for the merchant or organisation they represent. Users are responsible for protecting their sign-in methods and for activity performed through their accounts, subject to applicable law.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Pilot for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not issue misleading offers, rewards, passes or customer communications.
  • Do not access another merchant's workspace, customers or data.
  • Do not interfere with service security, availability or integrity.
  • Do not submit information without an appropriate purpose and authority.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants remain responsible for their offers, loyalty rules, customer communications, staff permissions, connected-provider configuration and lawful instructions submitted to Pilot.

Third-party services

Optional integrations and wallet platforms have separate terms and availability. Pilot cannot guarantee the operation of a third-party platform or a feature that has not been enabled and verified.

Plans, trials and billing

Any applicable price, billing cycle, renewal, trial and cancellation information must be presented before purchase or acceptance. Pilot will not rely on this draft page to create an undisclosed charge or commercial commitment.

Suspension and account protection

Pilot may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, merchants, the platform or another person's rights, or to investigate suspected misuse. Final suspension, termination and data-export terms require legal approval.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
